Service Satisfaction

We strive to meet your expectations with every decorative enhancement project. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of collection to discuss adjustments or corrections.

Adjustments and Corrections

If the decorative work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost. Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of collection and are subject to our assessment of the issue.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete the service due to our error
  • If the work significantly deviates from agreed specifications
  • If the service is cancelled by us before work commences

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with a service, you are entitled to choose a refund or to have the service provided again. If the problem is minor, we may choose to fix the problem within a reasonable time. The options described in this Return Policy are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may incur a cancellation fee
  • Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in charges for work completed

Damaged Items

While we take every care in handling your garments, if damage occurs during our service that is determined to be our responsibility, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.
